Delivery Information

Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched same day, Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following day (Mon – Fri only).

No nasty surprises at checkout we offer FREE SHIPPING for every single order within Mainland UK. Next-Day delivery is also available at the checkout! Please note that surcharges may apply on all courier deliveries outside mainland UK. For courier purposes, the following destinations are considered as outside mainland UK: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Sicily Isles. The postcodes that fall within these areas are All IV, KW, PA20-PA78, PH4 - PH50, HS, ZE, IM, BT. Please contact us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these. Please contact us before you order if ordering outside of Mainland UK for any possible charges!

Additional surcharge may be applicable for postcodes starting with AB depending upon the carrier.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Please note that weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are not considered to be working days.

All quoted prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. It will be charged separately at the current UK VAT rate.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days in new and unused condition, and we’ll refund the full cost of the item less shipping costs. (Terms Below)


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase included so the item can be identified as yours on arrival with our warehouse. Please outline the reason for return.

Once received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you of whether or not the return is accepted or rejected.

If accepted, your refund will be processed same day and a credit will be applied back to your initial payment method within 28 days. If after 28 days your refund is still not visible on your account, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, you would be welcome to return your order as above and re-order a different item in the mean time.

If you need a replacement item due to a defect or damage, please contact us via email on and provide supporting images and details regarding the issue, and a replacement order or refund will be actioned same day if accepted.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your replacement product to arrive, may vary.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by Schott Packaging LTD under any circumstances, and return delivery must be arranged and covered by the buyer. (If goods are refused at the delivery address and returned to sender, this is not a valid method of return, and the return fees we incur on the buyers behalf will be reflected in any refund due). If delivery fails at a delivery address and parcels are returned to sender as a result, the same return surcharges incurred for each consignment will be deducted from any refund due. Orders subject to delivery delays and/or any factors outside of our control resulting in a later arrival than expected, still fall within the standard return guidelines
